What this is
The Bag Room (bag-room-golf.com) is a search and comparison directory for pre-owned golf equipment. We aggregate and normalize listings from third-party marketplaces and retailers, and publish reviews and buying guides. We do not sell anything, hold inventory, or process payments. Every purchase happens on the retailer's or seller's own site, under their terms.
Accuracy
Listing data — prices, specs, condition, availability — comes from third-party sources and can be wrong or out of date. Our verification features (including any AI-assisted photo checks) are observations about what a listing's photos show, not a guarantee of a club's authenticity or condition. Nothing on this site is professional, financial, or purchasing advice.
Acceptable use
Use the site like a person, not a bot: no scraping at rates that degrade the service, no attempting to bypass access controls, and no misrepresenting yourself or your relationship to us. We can restrict access for anyone who doesn't.
Intellectual property
The site's own content, design, and the "Bag Room" and "Gus" names and marks belong to us. Product names, brand marks, and images that appear here belong to their respective owners — we use them only to identify and describe the listings, consistent with fair use.
Third-party links
Links to retailers, marketplaces, and publishers take you to sites we don't control. Their terms, privacy practices, and policies govern your purchase or use of their site — not ours.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site and its listings are provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding accuracy, authenticity, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Bag Room bears no responsibility and accepts no liability for any transaction, dispute, loss, or harm arising from a purchase made through a link on this site — see our Disclosure for detail on marketplace purchases specifically.
